Everything You Always Wanted to Know About WordPress* (*But Were Afraid to Ask)
Wordpress Plugins
WordPress Plugins add FUNCTIONALITY to your website. There are tens of thousands of plugins available, so if you’ve ever thought, “I wish my website could do that …” there’s probably a plugin for it. Some plugins are free, some will cost you money. Paid plugins are usually referred to as Premium Plugins.
Website Traffic
If nobody sees your website, does it exist? You need traffic. There are two primary ways to generate it: Organic or “free” traffic, from search engines, social media and other links to your website; or Buy it from Google, Bing, Facebook, Amazon or any other large internet giant who already has what you need.
List Building

99% of people who land on your website, after you’ve made strenuous efforts to attract them, just leave. List buidding begins with offering something; a free report, free software, a discount on a product, in exchange for someones email address. They gain something of value and you have the contact email address of someone who’s interested in what you sell.
Setting up Funnels

Funnels are the logical extension of list building. Once you have permission from someone to send them emails, your funnel takes over. A funnel is an automated system that takes your email subscriber through a process, with the aim of selling something.
Membership Sites

A membership site differs from a normal website in that people have to log in with a username and password. Facebook is a membership site for example. Membership sites are often used to build a recurring income for their owners. There are a number of ways that WordPress can be made to become a membership site and we’ll take a look at them here.

A number of the things that make WordPress so functional, actually slow down your website … And that’s bad news if you want your site to a) rank highly for the keywords you’re targetting and b) sell anything from your website. Here’s what you need to do to speed up WordPress
